When you visit our webpage www.all-experts.gr, the browser that you use on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called “log file”. The following information is collected and stored on this file without your intervention until they are automatically deleted:

- The website from which you accessed the site (URL)
- Your browser and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider
These data are processed by us for the following purposes:

- To assess the safety and stability of our system; and
- For further organizational purposes.
The legal basis for the data processing is article 6 par. 1 f GDPR. Our legal interest derives from the purposes of data collection as mentioned above. In no case whatsoever shall we use the collected data to draw conclusions about your person.
Furthermore, we use cookies and analytics services when you visit our website. You can find more details about the personal data privacy policy in sections 4 and 5.

On our contact form and with your express consent, you shall send to us your full name, your telephone and your email. We shall store these data for as long as necessary so that we can pursue our legal interests.

- Cookies

- Analytics tools
a) Tracking-Tools
We use the Tracking-Tools mentioned below according to article 6 paragraph 1 f GDPR. The Tracking-Tools shall ensure a design that is based on the needs of our website and also its constant optimization. We also use Tracking-Tools to record the statistics concerning the use of our webpage and to assess them with the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests of us should be considered as “justified” within the meaning of the said provision.
The purposes of data processing and the data categories that we process are displayed on the Tracking-Tools.
αα) Google Analytics1
Google Analytics is a web analytics service which is provided by Google Inc. (https://www.google.com, Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter “Google”). We use it with the purpose of adjusting and constantly optimizing our web pages. In this context, profiles of use are created using nicknames and also cookies are used (see above, section 4). The information which is created by cookies relating to the use of this website, such as:
- Type/ version of Browser
- operating system
- URL of reference address (the page that you previously visited)
- Host computer (IP Address)
are transmitted to and stored at a Google server in the USA. This information is used for the assessment of the use of the website, for the preparation of reports concerning the activity on the website, for the provision of other services relating to the activity of the website and the use of the internet for market research and webpage design purposes. This information can be disclosed to third parties, if this is required by law or if third parties process this data. In no case whatsoever will your IP address be connected to other data that Google has in its possession. Our IP addresses are anonymous, thus making the matching with a natural or legal person impossible (IP masking).

ab) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
In order to record the statistics concerning the use of our website and to assess them with the purpose of optimization, we also use Google Adwords Conversion Tracking. Google Adwords places a cookie (see unit 4) on your computer if you have visited our website through a Google advertisement.
These cookies are deactivated 30 days and they are used for personal identification purposes. If the user visits certain pages on the website of the Adwords customer and the cookie has not expired yet, then Google and our customer can identify that the user has visited this advertisement and was redirected to this page.
Each Adwords customer is provided with a different cookie. These cookies cannot be identified through the websites of Adwords customers. The information collected through a “Conversion-cookie” is used to create statistics for Adwords customers who have chosen the use of Conversion-Tracking. The Adwords customers are informed about the total number of users who have visited their advertisement and were redirected to a page containing Conversion-Tracking-Tag. However, they shall not receive information which could lead to personal identification of the user’s person.
If you do not wish to participate in the Tracking process, you are free to refuse the installation of a cookie, i.e. through a setting of the browser which generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. ac) Facebook Conversion Tracking
This website uses Facebook custom audience targeting and Facebook conversion tracking to provide measurement services and information and target ads based on your behaviour on this website, including remarketing. - Social Media Plug-ins
We use Social Plug-ins of the social networks Facebook and Linkedin on our website, according to Article 6 par. 1 f GDPR, in order to make our website more popular. This commercial purpose must be considered as legitimate interest according to the relevant provision of GDPR. The responsibility for this function, which is compatible with the protection of personal data, should belong to the relevant providers. We integrate plug-ins using the so-called “double click” method for the best possible protection of the visitors to our webpage.
a) Facebook
On our webpage, Facebook plugins are used for the personalization of their use. For this reason, we use the button “LIKE” or “SHARE”. It concerns an offer from Facebook.
When you visit a page of our website which contains such a plugin, your Browser shall create a direct connection with Facebook servers. The content of the plugins is transferred by Facebook directly to your browser and it is integrated on our website.
By integrating plugins, Facebook obtains the information to which your browser has access on the relevant page of our website, even if you do not have an account on Facebook or you have not been connected with Facebook. This information (including the IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a Facebook server in USA, where they are also stored.

Also, the information will be published on Facebook and will appear to your Facebook friends.

For this purpose, Facebook creates user profiles concerning their interests, relationships etc. to assess i.e. the use of our webpage in relation to the advertisements which appear on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services relating to the use of Facebook.

Our webpage uses plugins of the social network LinkedIn belonging to the company LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you visit a page of our website which contains such a plugin, your browser is directly connected to the LinkedIn servers. The content of the plugins is transmitted by LinkedIn directly to your Browser and is integrated on our page. Through this integration, LinkedIn receives the information to which your Browser has access to on the relevant page of our website, even if you do not have a profile on LinkedIn or you are not connected to LinkedIn.
This information (including the IP address) is transmitted by the browser directly to a LinkedIn server in the U.S.A. and is stored there. When you are connected with LinkedIn, LinkedIn can directly correlate your visit to our website with your account on LinkedIn. If you interact with plugins, for example by pressing the button “in”, this information is directly transmitted to an in- server and is stored there.
This information will be registered at your in-account and they will be displayed in your contacts.
If you do not wish that the information collected through our webpage is directly connected with your account on Linkedin, you will have to sign out of Instagram before visiting our webpage.

- Rights of the subject of the personal data
You have the right:
- according to the article 15 GDPR, to ask for information about your personal data that we process. In particular, you have the right to request to provide you information about the purposes of processing, the category of the personal data, the categories of recipients of your data or the planned time of storage, the existence of a right for correction, deletion or restriction of the processing or objection to their processing.
- according to the article 16 GDPR, to request the immediate rectification of inaccurate personal data of yours, which we have stored.
- according to Article 17 GDPR, to request from us the deletion of stored personal data, unless the process is necessary for the exercise of the right of freedom of expression and information, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, on grounds of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right before a court
- according to Article 18 GDPR to restrict the processing of your personal data when they are not accurate, the processing is unlawful or no longer necessary, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or if you have objected to the processing according to article 21 par. 1 GDPR
- according to Article 20 GDPR to receive your personal data which have been given to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request their transmission to other controllers.
- In accordance with Article 7 par. 3 GDPR, to withdraw the consent for processing your data. As a result, we will not be allowed in the future to continue the process of the data based on this consent.
- according to Article 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can contact the national supervisory authority.
- Right of objection
If the processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests according to article 6 par. 1 f GDPR you have the right to object to this processing according to article 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons arising from your specific situation or if the objection contests the trade marketing. In the last case, you have a general right of objection, which is enforced by us without being obliged to determine any specific situation.

- Data security
We use the popular method SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for visits to our website in connection with the highest level of encryption which is supported by the browser. We use 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use the technology n3 of 128 bit. The encryption of a page on our website is displayed by the representation of the closed key symbol or detection icon on the bottom status bar of the browser.
We also take the appropriate technical and organizational security steps to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction or unauthorized access from third parties. Our security measures are constantly improved following technological developments.
