The construction of the Karela Office Park, encompassing a total area of 61,570 m², was
completed under the direction of Dimand for OTE / Cosmote. This development was awarded
the prestigious LEED Gold certification, achieved in part through the contributions of All Experts’Energy & Automation division.
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognized certification system for green buildings, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
Our Energy & Automation department successfully installed and programmed the control systems for the building’s electromechanical installations. Our design-phase proposals significantly enhanced the complex’s energy efficiency.
The Siemens Desigo Building Management System (BMS) we implemented, controls the HVAC and lighting systems based on occupancy and natural light levels, maximizing the use of available energy sources. Additionally, energy consumption is monitored per load group and compared against the initial projections of the energy model.
